The short version
The curriculum works without a student account. Progress and preferences normally stay in this browser. Student-safe links do not include teacher materials. AI can make mistakes, so a teacher should review AI-assisted materials before students use them.
What stays on this device
- Selected lesson, checklist progress, favorites, and planning preferences.
- Learning-support and display choices, such as read-aloud or sentence frames.
- Teacher evidence checks, curriculum feedback, and time-to-launch measurements.
Lesson work can include a classroom nickname, period, and written responses when a lesson asks for them. These items use browser storage. Clearing site data removes them. A continuity code includes only curriculum progress and the last selected lesson; share it only with a trusted device.
When information may leave this device

A school-configured service may receive a classroom alias, section, resource ID, attempts, or progress signals. Your school controls its retention.AI tutor
The configured tutor may receive the problem text, student work, standard, language, recent tutor messages, and an optional uploaded image. A legal name is not needed.External forms

- A student’s legal name for normal lesson use.
- Advertising trackers or an advertising profile.
- Teacher-only response material inside the student launcher.
