Signs Tell You the Quadrant
I can use the signs of the coordinates to find the quadrant, and reflect a point across an axis.

- (+, +) = top-right, (−, +) = top-left, (−, −) = bottom-left, (+, −) = bottom-right.
- Reflecting across the x-axis flips the sign of y: (3, 2) → (3, −2).
- Reflecting across the y-axis flips the sign of x: (3, 2) → (−3, 2).
